In his late 20’s, Matt experienced significant pain and stiffness in his lower back and neck- uncommon for someone his age. These challenges introduced him to the benefits os osteopathy and inspired him to pursue studies in health. Thus journey ultimately led him to qualify as an osteopath in his late 40’s.
In his clinic, Matt places great emphasis on building meaningful relationships with his patients. He thrives on identifying the root causes of pain and discomfort, tailoring hands-on treatments, advice, and exercises to meet each individual’s needs. Matt adopts a holistic approach, considering physical conditions, mental health, and lifestyle factors to support effective treatment and ongoing management.
His treatment style focuses on traditional hands-on techniques, targeting areas of restrictions in muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and lymphatic structures, as required.
